Kettles can be bought cheaply at Matahari as can immersion heaters and both can be passed on to staff when you leave. UHT milk from NZ is also available in the main supermarkets. Instant coffee is best brought from home, but there are some nice tea blends available. If travelling in Java then stick to tea in the cafes as the local coffee is frequently undrinkable unlike Bali where the coffee is generally of a good to high standard.
