We just got back from the Bali Cliff Resort. We totally loved the place. It is really spectacular with the "infinity pool", the glass elevators to the restaurants and the cave and the beach. The staff were totally charming and concerned. Tho it is far away from everythig but the ocean they do have free shuttles 4 times a day to town, either Kuta or Nusa Dua. Plus you can get a car or taxi too. They have e-mail at the hotel for just about what it costs in town too, if you need to keep in touch (on your honeymoon I doubt it!!!) We found the place private and the rooms lovely. It has a big look, but really is a small hotel and quiet too. The food is good and we thought reasonable, considering the ritziness of the hotel. The touches I liked were the free bottled water in rooms and the fresh fruit that came every few days. We stayed 12 days, so we know! If we asked for anything it was there immediately. We feel we received world class service at an elegant hotel. We met an Australian couple who had come back for their first anniversary to the hotel, they had been married there the year before.
