It's about one km. before Coral Cove. Second best around 30-40 USD is Coral Cove, but I found it less clean than 3 years ago. Seams like standard is dropping, but the staff are still very friendly.
The coral in Amed is nearly gone compared to 3 years ago, and now there is a lot of rubber and other litter in the area -'s not the same pretty paradise as it used to be. I can recommend "Permuteran" in North West Bali for "Paradise seekers", search forum for previous postings on this place. Best buy there is "Taman Selini" - the best place we stayed on Bali (45 USD for a double).
