Hi Gina,

Just a few suggestions. They could start off with a great mealand their unbelievable margaritas at TJs Mexican in Poppies Lane I then venture on to Peanuts on Jalan Legian. The front bar has live bands nightly and a happy two hours with half price beers and two for one spirits. The disco at the back rages until 2-3 am. Tubes in Poppies Lane II is the hangout for the young surfers and has nightly movies as well as pool tables. Sari Club is the big "mid-evening" place for the younger crew but tends to get packed and a little aggro as the night progresses. Around midnight the crowd gravitates towards the Seminyak end of town. Goa 2001 and Jaya Pub are the spots to go here. Then about 1 am Gado Gado or Double six discos are the in places until 4-5 am. There are also a couple of good spots on Jalan Melasti. Bali Aussie and Bali Rock have good crowds but tend to be a bit older crowds. Also downtown Kuta has some of the older places which are still fun such as Casablanca, Bagus Pub and The Pub. If they want to meet some of the old time Baliophiles then Made's Warung is the hang to find out what is going on. It is a while since I have been in Bali and I believe there are a number of new places such as the Hard Rock etc which have sprung up so really they'll have to feel the waters when they arrive.
E-mail me and I'll give you some handy info for the guys.

Hope it helps. Enjoy!!!

Mitch
