so, why not look for an individual boat trip. I know that the Island Explorer Company is going to Lembongan with 3 boats a Quick Cat (a futuristic aircraft without wings), the Island Princess a 60ft Sailing Ketch and a 65' Motorboat. They do have an Island resort as well and offer a several activities.
There is also a huge, (may I say that) ugly Sailing-Cat (motorsailing to be precise) named Waka Louka.
All this are well organized companies with many passenger's & heaps of experience but maybe you are looking for something more unique and individual. Then you should go to the Bali International Marina at Benoa Harbor (Pelabuhan Benoa! Not Tanjung Benoa) and look for sailors (Steve & Tony & Mark) who do regular cruises to Lembongan and maybe you want to join them.
There is also a German Yacht out there with regular cruises and some smaller boats. You will find some info at www.balisafari.com
Have a good time!
