G & T: Both are available in Bali, but not sure about WHERE you would buy them in Sanur (we haven't stayed there for many years). Definitely don't buy them at the hotels or bars, as alcohol, aside from beer and arak, are TERRIBLY expensive. Buy you gin at home (duty free)if you want quality - the local gin is a bit harsh. Buy your tonic water (and LIMES!) at large supermarkets. Tonic water isn't cheap either. Watch the labels well - locally produced Schwepps is about 1/2 the price of the imported cans and I couldn't tell the difference - same for Coke, Fanta, etc. There's another locally produced tonic water, cheaper, which we didn't like much.
Vodka and cranberry... better take it with you. IF you find it Bali you can bet it will cost an arm and a leg. We saw some very ordinary flagons of Australian wine (that haven't been available in Australia for many years, so would undoubtably be like vinegar by now) with price tags in the $50 bracket!
