Not certain but it may be covered under the CSA Insurance Policy (found CSA on Web). Also CSA appeared to be cheaper than most other cancellation/med evac/etc insurance. Did not have problems so did not test their service. Note that State Dept. (and even Lonely Planet) recommends med. evac. insurance--not that Bali is less safe (it is probably more safe than many other places) but that if there is a problem, there is said to be no sophisticated med facilities.
