Are we talking music CDs or CD-ROMS or Playstation games? At any rate, the cheapest place is in Denspasar. This isn't very far away from Kuta at all, won't take long by taxi (get them to pop the meter on). We preferred Ramayana (Bali Mall) to Matahari. Cheapest music CD's were 60,000rps, CD-ROMS 35,000rps and Playstation games 10,000rps.
