Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms,
The Bali International Photo Competition 1999 is held by Garuda Wisnu Kencana Foundation in cooperation with Department of Tourism, Art and Culture of the Indonesian Republic, Department of Foreign Affairs of the Indonesian Republic and the Government of Bali Province.
As you notice this is an anusual competition, in fact the biggest one FOR ALL. That is whay the rules and conditions made up as easy as possible so that anybody of any age and any bacground could join the competition.
There haven't been any other Bali Interntaional Photo Competition. this is the first one, and hopefully we could organize the same competition every two years.
