There are sleeping rooms at the airport, but they're quite expensive and not worth it if you've only flown there from Bali. The best thing to do is to catch the train (in the airport) to the village of Narita and have a look around. Well worth the effort.
While I'm at it. Bali's OK, and I'm going there at the end of the month for a couple of weeks, but I prefer Sumatra to Bali.
