It's your judgement call, but I don't think I'd stuff up my holiday with possible side-effects at this point.
Go, and as has been advised by others, don't eat anything you can't peel, drink bottled water, watch out for anything with ice in it, usual handwashing and attention to hygiene, and I think you should be okay. For what it's worth, we used Detol liquid soap for shower, etc. Personally never had any probs with mosquito's, but I've heard Vitamin B tabs taken some weeks in advance is a good natural repellant. Probably too late for you I guess, but just use the spray on kind and DON'T WORRY too much.
