Tell me! What do you have to loose if you are doing it ? Nothing at all. The only thing you maybe have to loose is the money the shot will cost. On the other hand, do you imagine what could happen if your body is not so strong you believed ? I always get my vaccinations when I'm going to spend my holidays abroad, it takes only a few minutes, and then I don't have any more to think about it.
For those who are going to other islands then Bali, like for example Lombok, they should also get the vaccination against Malaria. If not to protect youself, then at least for the people around you when you are coming back at home. The illness you could get (and the price you then maybe have to pay for it) is always worse then the vaccination itself.
Maybe you get nothing at all, maybe ... You never know.
Anyway, I wish you some wonderful weeks in Bali.
