I too have been worrying about the same problem. I've run around Paris to several pharmacies and have gotten different opinions. However several pharmacists told me that many adults are already immunized because they have already had a light case of hepatitis before and not even realized it. Secondly hep A in Bali is apparently not a major risk. Taking normal precautionary measures will make an occurence even less likely i.e. drink bottled water, peel fruit, no icecubes, brush teeth with mineral water etc. I personally have decided not to get the vaccination. I'll let you know after my trip if I made a mistake or not.
