Haven't stayed at the Hyatt but have walked through the grounds ...divine!! Congrats on choosing a 5 star in Sanur instead of Nusa Dua.
Lotus Pond Restaurant was my favourite restaurant. Beautiful food, beautiful decor and great service. Ayu (the Hostess) is lovely, check out her hair!!!). If you go there say Sandra and Maggie from Austalia sent you there. Hopefully she'll remember us and look after you superbly.
