no shoes... Comfortable trainers... I havn't been to Bali yet, but flying off in June, but, when I was in Thailand I used trainers as these were the best thing for this type of activity.
If you are booking this from an agent in Bali, make sure you get all the gear provided to you. This should be included in the price.
