the world is yours in ubud for the price you're prepared to pay. Very competitive in ubud, I don't know the places you mentioned, but I checked out places that had all you required for half that much money.
clothes: its hard to find larger clothes in bali, it will be apparent why when you get there; the people are quite tiny. There are quality malls in denpasar and candidusa which have genuine upscale brands, but the price is comparable to home. Anything else will likely be a knockoff. There are lots of tailors if you'd like something made, but my hubby was not impressed with the worksmanship he saw available.
My hubby says brem doesn't taste like sake. I didn't try it.
give up on margueritas in bali. they've not a clue. the local poison, arak attack, is just as tasty.
the places to hang out at night are the sari club, the place across the street from the sari club whose name I've forgotten, and the funky monkey (across the the monkey sanctuary) these are all on monkey forest road. It was only while hanging out at tnight at these that I found I could interact with the locals without constantly fending off solicitations of various sorts.
As for the sex stuff, bail is a pretty chaste place. We found that sanur was the only place the subject came up, and only when my hubby was alone. The transport guys tout for cathouses, apparently.
Try to get to Lombok if you can, its really beautiful.
