It's not in Lovina, but in Pemuteran. The man is Chris Brown, an Aussie, and he runs Reef Seen Aquatics Dive Center. I brought him there 6 years ago, and he never left. But now, he is more into horses: last count he had 13. Cheapest accom. around is about US$35/night at Taman Sari.
