For the record, all six of us had a bout of unusual stomach ailments when we returned including loss of appetite. It's not particularly unusual considering length of flights, time changes, temperature changes, diet and water changes, etc. It took about two weeks for us to return to normal. No one took anything, (we are a medical family). Unless your son is losing lots of fluid and has a fever, it'll likely disappear shortly.
