G'day Sue. I don't know if you have damaged anything with your actions over the Happy virus. But I can tell you that the virus is only a problem after you open it. If you haven't as yet opened the Happy 99 file then simply dump it and the problem is solved. If you have already opened it then you'll need to get rid of it quickly. Firstly, get rid of all Emails that sho it as an attachment. Secondly, just click on the URL I have listed below to take you to the VET site. Here, you will find a scrolling update at the head of the page that features a download to kill off the Happy 99 virus... I think it's called Unhappy 99. Click on it as it scrolls by, download, open and that should solve your problem automatically. If it doesn't, let me know and I'll email the visrus killer for you. Cheers!
