Try the Artini 1 cottages. Talk to "Mr Big" there and let him know I sent you. I was paying 70,000 Rp for Room 1. Maybe you can work a deal with him. The staff is super-friendly. The place felt very secure to me! Room 1 has a wonderful ceiling fan and was very cool at night! You also get access to a wonderful swimming pool across the street at Artini 2. Not sure if this fits your budget, but give them a try!
