I stayed in places that were between 44,000 and 85,000 Rp for what I considered decent places to stay...no AC, just a fan. The food was very reasonable with a main course ranging from 7,000 for Nasi Goreng to 30,000 for seafood dishes (which were not very tasty, by the way). The tourist bus, Perama, was very cheap. Bemos are even cheaper. We went via Perama from Ubud to Gillimanuk (NW corner of island) for 30,000 Rp each. Hope this helps!
