I think you will like it.Good sized Rooms. The upper Rooms have the feeling of privacy--did not see the lower level ones. Rooms 7 (twins) and 8 (full or queen) are best. There are verandas with sitting areas off each room. I had booked ahead so did not negotiate price but based on what most of the people were paying (as mentioned $380 or so pp for 30 days including 2 meals), it should be negotiable--at least if you are better at it than me. You can book directly theothea@indo.net.id or through Jaya (who then gets a commission). Suggest the former, particularly if you are trying to negotiate.
Not airconditioned, but the fan was more than sufficient when I was there.
