I have been to Bali many times (and going again in 3 weeks). I also work in the area of Travel medicine. Hep A vaccination is a must as Hep A is endemic in Indonesia and is transmitted via contaminated food and water. Hep B is a problem too but can only be transmitted through contaminated blood etc. Anti malarials are only necessary when travelling to the mountains if staying overnight, resort areas are fine. Hope this helps. Have a great holiday!!!
