Don't know, but my son is a "traveller" and I always tell him to go straight to the doctor. Did your son swim in any fresh water rivers or pools? I don't mean swimming pools. If he did then he had best go straight to a doctor. I don't know what you can catch from water in Bali, but it can be pretty bad in places like Africa and India. Some of my son's friends have some disgusting things that seem to take years to get rid of. Hope he finds he has no more problems!
