The best driver we ever had was from a rather well known hotel, a rather small one, and although we don't go there any more, for reasons too dificult to describe here, I still hanker after the Made, who took us to the most unexpected places, spoke the best english I have ever heard on Bali, and even introduced us to his Mother and Wife. Sadly that was only the second time I had been to Bali, and I didn't realise I should take his name, address and a means of getting in touch with him. Well! We live and learn! All life has lumps in it!
