I am sorry to see that you were disappointed with my recommendation for a driver. I am happy though that he was nice (he always is) - I guess we might expect different things from drivers, who may need a few days to get to know what you want - or the types of places you need to go.
I see that you did not like the Galleria, I suppose it also depends on what you are looking for - and what your country's shopping is like. Most Australians I have met like it because prices are much cheaper than Australia - and if staying in Kuta they get a chance to shop without hawkers.
Wayan told me that you were a very nice lady and very kind.
Another forum participant is correct, a lot of restaurants/hotels in Bali (and other parts of Asia) do not serve milk unless specifically requested.
The most important thing is that you had a good holiday.
