Yes I agree, my husband got salmonella on Bali, and I think that it was almost certainly from real milk. It was the only thing that he had that I didn't. I wouldn't touch dairy produce in a Sount East Asia country, where they are not used to eating these products themselves, because they don't have the enzymes to digest them. It is asking for trouble, they don't use them themselves, and therefore they don't know very well how to handle them. Get to like your powdered milk, or take a caton or two of milk from your own country. In U.K. you can get really little cartons that are tetra packed so that you could open one a day and have no need of refridgeration.
