If you know your computer is infected with the happy99 virus please clean it up. Oterwise you send the vurus as attachement with every email you send.
Disinfecting is easy if you have an English system, or any system using alphabet based characters. (I had hassles once with the chinese version of Win95)
Symantec offers a disinfecting package for free download.
