When we did the jimbaran beach seafood experience we took a light blue taxi (metered) from the Sol Elite (Kuta) - cost 6,800 rp, and asked him to come to get us in a couple of hours. The return trip cost the same, and he came, exactly on time.
We went to the Ceria Cafe - excellent meal, super people. Wonderful evening. Mr. Kudak (the owner) was very upset with us for arranging the taxi back, because he would have taken us back. If you tell him that you heard about his cafe on the net, he will be so pleased, and will do anything for you. He's a really neat guy, recognizable by his blue "Melbourne Storm" ball cap. (I guess someone gave it to him, and he never takes it off). If you go, please print this off, and take it with you - say hi from Mr. Mike and Mrs. Mary and Mr. Neil and Mrs. Joanne. Enjoy - it's worth the trip.
