Can't help myself except to suggest you either look at the Moon Handbook, or search the Forum archives which will probably give you a good start. Just use your chosen place names + accommodation or hotel and keep on searching. Have you been to Bali before? If not you may really like UBUD for a quieter holiday with lots of fantastic restaurants. John
