I just got back from Bali yesterday and while I was there I fell over and cut up my hand pretty badly so i needed medical help and I went to the Bali International Medical Clinic in Kuta and I highly recommend it but as for hospitals I'm not sure but i heard whispers that you can go to VIP sections of them and it should be ok but I really recommend the BIMC for more minor problems.
Don't worry you'll have a great time anyway ..... i know I did!
