Thanks for your follow-up. Just a bit of info. for you in case you might want it. Until I called the ritz directly, I was going to book with Asia travel as their rates had been the best so far. However, the price of 168/night does not include the 21% tax added. After tax, the price comes to $203.28/night. What I found was that the hotel was able to offer me a more cheaper after tax rate than Asia Travel. Yes I am staying in a one BR villa. Asia Travel quoted me 398/nigt (US$481.58 with tax). But the actual hotel quoted me $368/night ($445.28/night). A savings of about $36.30/night. This included the same things Asia travel offered (Choice of 2 of 5 honeymoon-type activities, full breakfast, in room or in restaurant, and daily flowers and fruit in room.)
I'm not trying to change your mind, especially if you have already made your reservations. But, there might be someone out there that this info. will help.
Plus, all the hotel needed was a credit card # to reserve the reservation -- no down pmt. which was nice for us.
Please feel free to send feedback if anyone found a better deal!

Happy Travel to All!
HOLLY :)
