We shipped some teak furniture and statues last August by sea container. We only paid for the portion of the container that we used. 6 chairs, a table, 2 chaise lounges, a bench and 4 statues cost approximately $600 to Los Angeles. We used BaliLine shippers in Sanur and they did a good job of packing. We had some minor damage but it was easily repaired. It took about a month to arrive in Long Beach.
You pay half in Bali and the other half in the US.
