Love to Kiss is in Legian St just past poppies 11 lane and opposite side to Matahari Department Store. Yes you can buy any material in Sulawasi St - batik, linen, silk you name it they have got it - you just have to weave in and out of the shops checking their goods out. I did forget to warn people however that there are people who follow you along the street asking you what you want - these people are not employed by the shopkeepers but try to act as go betweens - and expect a kickback from the shopkeeper - who in turn puts up his price to meet the kickback he has to pay this person. To deal with this, do not make any conversation with people outside of the shop - walk inside toward the back of the shop and approach the staff. Good shopping
