It's very nice, especially the pool area. Right next to the beach with a wonderful view. You can stay in a 2 story building or bungalows (two types). We prefered the bungalows. We found the hotel to be good value (we paid about half price (60 USD), stayed for about 2 weeks).
The resturant is not to good, the service was not Bali standard. Often they mix up orders and are not to friendly. Use other resturants, there are plenty resturants nearby - eg. Balimoon.
On the beach there are always hawkers trying to sell things when you use the sunchairs there,'s not nice. Next to the swimmingpool you are safe. The guard is not present most of the time (he is suposed to control the hawkers).
The reception staf and cleaners are very friendly.
The TV shows CNN, MTV and an Australian channel - but who cares?
Most monychangers are honest in Sanur - we used many e.g. the one next to Swatista (?) hotel.'s towards the supermarked from Besakih about 200 meter. The very LAST thing you do is to hand over your own bil's - no matter what they say. We where never tricked this way.
