Hotel rates Holiday Inn Bali

Hi!

I have get a Hotel rate for USD 135 Net per night (Abf included) for a famliy room 3 adult + 1 child (with daily breakfast) from Holiday Inn Bali. We will stay 12 night.

For my request of a pool/sea view room I get this reply from Holiday Inn:

But for allocation in 2 floor pool/sea view is not guarantee ,it will be depend on the availibility upon arrival.

Is this a good price and would there be any risk to pay in advance with creditcard, Is it normal rules to pay in advance for the hotel?

Any help would be very appricated / Tomas!
