As I am Australian, I will be guessing that the answer to the prices for designer clothing will be (a). Mainly because I have never been to a Bloomingdale's sale and haven't the foggiest what the US prices are like.
To give you some idea - we bought Vercase, D&G and Amarni jeans for AU$20 per pair (November 1998)- they are AU$400 per pair in Australia.
I cannot recommend a nice quiet restaurant as I don't frequent them in Bali - I never travel with my husband - so I like places non romantic and loud like the Hard Rock Cafe.
