Yes you can buy leather vests, if you have one or similar to what you want at home, bring it with you and they will make exactly the same or with the changes you want. They have pictures in their shops that may be of help also. I can recommend "Dolphin Leather" just off Jalan Melasti on a laneway that least to Jalan Padma. Good luck with your inVESTment.
