I cannot tell from the map of Ubud if the main part of the village is a stone's throw from the hotel (Champlung Sari near Monkey Forest Rd.) or if the trek (on foot)is a potentially fatal encounter with a passing motorcar. I hate learning these things the hard way. I also am curious about the hotel, but that is relative question, so I'll stick my limit of one question, which is "to trek, or not to trek?" -Gracias.
