Hi everyone, it has been informative. I was on Bali in Jan. of '91, and will be traveling very late this April or the second week of July not sure yet. I most foundly remember Ubid, although I fear it has grown wildly...and perhaps it will be a shock. I will be buying items for import to the States, not a great deal, small high quality things and I may need to ship. Any suggestions? That is who might be trusted. I don't plan on bringing much, so a good deal might come back with me on the plane. Is Ubid still the main art center of Bali? Are there other places or particular markets that might not be obvious?
