Singapore it is not ! There are not many electrical goods shops in ali. Matahari's and the other department stores in Kuta and Denpasar do sell electrical goods, cameras, walkmans etc. but we have never found them to be the latest product or an amazing price. Especially not compared to duty free prices out of Perth, West. Australia.
We always take a bottle of gin and have no problems buying cans of tonic water from the supermarkets in Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Candi Dasa & Lovina. There is nothing like an ice cold G&T on a balmy evening with the sun setting over the ocean with you dreamily imagining this holiday in Bali will last forever.....Hmmmmm
