I've stayed at Kuta Jaya twice, was there in Feb. it's OK clean but the service is a bit slow, even though there could be 8 staff standing around. The hotel is clean but a bit run down. Seaveiw Gardens isn't bad except last time I was there they only had hot water for showers etc. for a couple of hours
