We had two weeks at the Sol Elite last September and hope to go again this year, staying of course at the Sol Elite. While there weren't any tea/coffee making facilities in the room and being serious tea and coffee drinkers we got around the problem by taking our own Earl Grey and Darjeeling tea bags and ordering a pot of boiling water from room service. The cost was something like A$1.00 and they still provided tea bags, sugar and milk and they cleaned up the mess afterwards, way to go.
Hope your stay is as good as ours was, we couldn't fault the place. We had originally only booked only a weeks accommodation at the Sol Elite from Australia, intended to look around for somewhere else the second week. We visited most of the big name hotels in Bali and while some of them were to die for, we still stayed on at the Sol Elite for the remainder of our stay. Value for money and location were big on our list and we certainly will return to Sol Elite. Have a great trip.
