Red Cordial (must be Raspberry) is reputed to offer some protection against Bali Belly. We were informed of this last year but did not take any to Bali, we could not find any there. It is supposed to line the Stomach, hence it needs to be taken some time before going to Bali. How effective it is I don't know, will find out in March. I think you will still need to take the usual precautions though.
