Best swimming pools/gardens

Any suggestions for the best swimming pool/gardens - we plan to splurge at the end of our Bali holiday with 3 kids at a luxurious spot. Should we go to Grand Bali Hyatt, Grand Bali Beach or is there somewhere with superb landscaping? Thanks for any ideas
