I can't speak about Club Med Bali, but I can speak about Club Med in general. This is a lousy company. Your comfort & safety are secondary to them. As for the help, well, if you're a twenty something, single female you'll have the staff at your beck & call. Otherwise, they can't be bothered. My fiance & I went to the one at Turks & Caicos & it was a disaster! At the same time, a hurricane was hitting the Bahamas & all the guests at the Club Med there were left to fend for themselves. Several of them showed up at Turks & Caicos, Club Med had to fly them out of the Bahamas because the place was destroyed. These poor people were shaken & all of them swore they would never go near a Club Med again.Most talked about suing Club Med for how this emergency was handled. My recommendation is avoid Club Med like the plague. What ever kind of discount you might get just isn't worth staying with a company that is indifferent to your safety.
