Melasti or Garden View

My husband and I are going to bali for the first time in 16 years. This time we have too kids under 5 and we have been told it has changed enourmously of which I am sure.

Could some one please help us make a decision on which of the two places would suit us better bearing in mind we have the two kids under 5
