Well the pansea is in Jimbaran Bay along with the Ritz Carlton and I can say that the Pansea is No 3 in pecking order with it,s own villas and is nice but nothing special. The Ritz is much better and very nice also and more up market. However the oberoi is a cut above both of them put together. Situated in North Seminyak it is built on the beach which is extremely private and the villas are lovely. This truley is a five star hotel where as I would have the Oansea at 3 star and the Ritz at 4 star.
