Surf clothes / gear is pretty much everywhere, mambo, billabong, quiksilver are all available. The prices of these things will really depend on how good you are at haggling. The other problem is whether you don't mind the fake stuff or only the real gear. Sorry if this is a pretty vague answer but it really depends on Real v fake and your haggling abilities. 20000rp - 50000rp for t-shirts....wherever you are from the prices are cheap.
