I bought quite a few cd's when over in Bali. Single ones are generally Rp65,000. The quality of the ones I bought were good and I believe to be genuine. There are literally trillions of cd stores cum' money changers cum' bookshops cum' supermarkets, etc and stand alone cd shops. Latest cd's are generally around that Rp65,000 mark. There is an excellent cd shop I can outstandingly recommend but sorry can't remember the name. (I'd know it if I heard it) It's on Jl. Legian, in Legian on the beach side of the road. I'm sure someone will remember the name, it has a good reputation!
